These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and 995bd (the "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features made available through the 995bd website at https://995bd.club (the "Site").

By accessing the Site, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or engaging with any feature of the 995bd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the 995bd platform and close any account you may have opened.

995bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the overall terms governing your use of 995bd.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 995bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative, nominee, or agent of any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion register.
• You do not already hold another active account with 995bd. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee of 995bd or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.

995bd may request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in any verification request will result in the suspension of your account pending completion of the verification process. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.

If we discover, at any point, that a player was under the age of 18 at the time of registration or at the time of any deposit or wager, we will immediately close the account, void all bets and bonuses, and return deposits made (subject to applicable withholdings required by law). Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

To access the full range of services offered by 995bd, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account with 995bd. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are detected, 995bd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Not disclose your password or account access details to any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 995bd support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

995bd accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the breach is attributable to your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless and until you report a security breach to us in writing.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure and responsible platform, 995bd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when your account activity triggers our internal risk review procedures.

All financial transactions on the 995bd platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We do not operate any currency conversion service; you must fund your account in BDT using one of the supported payment methods listed below.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your 995bd account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.
• 995bd does not charge a platform-side fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless you contact support to request an alternative method and provide appropriate verification.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must pass the KYC verification process described in Section 3.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 1–4 hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• 995bd reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk under our internal compliance procedures.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

995bd offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to verified, active players aged 18 and above only.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance. Real-money funds are wagered first unless the active bonus terms specify a different order.
• Bonuses have a defined expiry period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit). Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiry.
• 995bd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus at any time, with notice provided where practicable.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. As a general guide:

• Welcome deposit bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x–35x the bonus amount.
• Free spin winnings typically carry a wagering requirement of 20x–30x the spin winnings value.
• Cashback bonuses may carry reduced or zero wagering requirements — check the specific promotion terms.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager; live casino and table games typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%); certain game categories may contribute 0%. Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or participating in co-ordinated bonus abuse with other players — will have their bonuses cancelled, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended or permanently closed.

995bd is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 995bd.
• Money Laundering: Using 995bd to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. Any suspicion of money laundering will be reported to appropriate financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in casino games or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback with your payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately processed and credited to your account.
• Software Exploitation: Using automated software, bots, scripts, data scrapers, or any other technology to access or interact with the platform in a way not intended by 995bd.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting pricing errors, bonus offers, or odds discrepancies in a manner that is abusive rather than recreational.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing any third party to operate your account, or operating a third party's account on their behalf.
• Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 995bd website.

995bd uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to suspend account access, withhold funds pending investigation, and take any other action we deem necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other players.

Either party may initiate the closure of a 995bd player account. The procedures and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is player-initiated or initiated by 995bd.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your 995bd account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any active wagering requirements must be resolved, and any withdrawable balance will be returned to your designated payment method within the standard processing timeframe. Accounts closed at the player's request may not be reopened without completing a fresh verification process.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of one week, one month, three months, six months, or a permanent exclusion. Self-excluded accounts are immediately suspended. During a self-exclusion period, 995bd will not send promotional communications to the excluded player. 995bd-Initiated Suspension or Closure

995bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring closure.

Where an account is closed by 995bd due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for administrative or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 995bd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 995bd platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical failures, connection interruptions, or server downtime.
• Incorrect display of game results, odds, or account balances due to software errors (corrected results and balances will prevail).
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any financial loss arising from your gambling activity on the platform, including losses sustained during bonus wagering.

The 995bd platform and all content, games, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

All content published on the 995bd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, text, game interfaces, audio elements, and software — is the property of 995bd or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 995bd platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the 995bd platform without our prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any platform content.
• Use the 995bd name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without prior written approval.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror the 995bd website or any portion thereof on any third-party website or application.

Game content available on 995bd is provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights in respect of such game content remain with the respective providers. Any unauthorised reproduction or exploitation of licensed game content is a breach of both these Terms & Conditions and the intellectual property rights of the relevant provider.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to 995bd regarding the platform may be used by us freely and without obligation or compensation to you.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law as applicable to online gaming and digital services platforms.

Our support team will endeavour to investigate and respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally through our support team within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter through the following process:

• Submit a formal written complaint to 995bd management via email, clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction details, and the resolution sought.
• 995bd will issue a formal written response within ten (10) business days of receiving a complete written complaint.
• If the formal response does not resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may seek resolution through any competent dispute resolution mechanism available to you under applicable law.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 995bd with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, negotiations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
